Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day (stock permitting). Target dispatch for all orders is 24 hours. Friday PM and weekend orders are shipped on Monday.

Orders usually arrive in 2-3 day for cities and major metro areas. Remote areas can take a little longer. During peak times delays are occurring with all major carriers, advanced purchase is always recommended.

All items are sent with tracking unless stated. We email the tracking details so you can follow delivery progress online. Please note *some small low value items with FREE SHIPPING are sent Untracked to save you money, this is written in the item description. *Please contact us if you require tracking.

Australia Post deliver the majority or our orders. We are currently processing over 10,000 orders per year. We also use Couriers Please, mostly for large items.
